I’ve been waiting so long for golf tournaments. Finally, a big KLPGA event started in South Korea three days ago. I was so excited to watch the whole first and second rounds. All people at the course should get temperature checked and disinfectant. Most caddies wear masks. A gold course is very easy to keep social distances.
But it was not so much fun. As a big fan of Sung Hyun Park, I was very frustrated to watch her play, esp putting. She had 34 putts at the first round and 35 putts at the second. She has an excuse that her competitive round was CME Championship 6 months ago. A lot of players try to get back to their own play, but Sung Hyun may need more time to get adjusted.
Still, I have several favorite players in KLPGA and they are on the top of leaderboard. I will keep watching them. 😊
